Who we are

uhaina is a London studio. We are the controller of the personal information described here. Contact us at info@uhaina.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you write to us through the contact form we receive your name, email address, telephone number (optional) and the message you choose to send. We use this only to reply to you and to discuss your enquiry. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries made to us, and, where you ask us about a commission, taking steps at your request before a contract.

We do not use your details for marketing unless you ask us to, we do not sell them, and we do not use automated decision-making.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It does not use cookies, does not track you across websites and does not build a profile of you. The fonts, images and video on this site are served from our own domain.

Who handles your information

These providers act on our instructions. Some are based in the United States; where information is transferred outside the UK it is protected by an approved safeguard, such as the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we work together, in which case we keep the records we need for the life of the commission and for any legal or accounting requirement.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct, delete or restrict the use of your information, to object to our use of it, or to receive a copy. Email info@uhaina.co.uk and we will reply within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your information you may complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
